London in 10 days-AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

I've been listening to Avenue Q songs on repeat for the past 3 days and "Mix Tape" is my official favourite! It's so cute : )

Harry Potter on Friday too. I get SO excited about the films and I have to say, being a fan of Ron/Rupert Grint, he does look rather cute in this film- just in an "i want to hug him" way. I don't think I'll ever get over seeing a naked Daniel Radcliffe having unnatural feelings about Horses in the West End when he was in the media... but they ARE our age so it's allowed ; )

Awwww, bless him.

My birthday was lovely over the weekend and I'm now officially a layyydddddeeeee! 18's such a scary age!

I'm the proud owner of an iPod too- I've named her Lottie! I also own white goods- a mini fridge for Uni!
I'm going to be instructing people to buy me fridge magnets...the tackier the better!!!
It was a lovely sunny day all day and I ate lots and lounged lots ... it was lovely!
My celebrations last for about 2 weeks though.....Yey :) They end with London, baby!

Love to Everyone!!

Love, Meg

Subject:At long long last............
Time:4:15 pm.
Mood: lazy.
Music:Michael Buble- Everything.

I haven't written in here for ages.
Well, exams are over and I think that's been the MAIN reason for my lack of life.....
The most stressed and most hiedously tired I've ever been. Thank the LORD it's over with. I feel as if I've used a hundred trees worth of paper...Shocking.

Anyway, now that exams are over with I have SO much to look forward to.
1. Turkey (I leave on the 29th and come home on the 6th)
2. London with Kevin, Hattie and Carla to see Avenue Q, Madame Tussauds and also do some serious shopping!!!

Those are my main plans but I can't wait to do other things like have time to go to the beach or spend ridiculous amounts of time shopping or just sit aimlessly reading....

My penpal Abby sent me a book called "The Woman in White" by Wilkie Collins and to say it's brilliant would be a serious understatement. It'swonderful and I can't stop reading it. Plus, I have a seriously trashy novel called "Me and Mr Darcy" by Alexandra Potter about a girl who dreams of meeting her own Mr Darcy, wishes she lived in Jane Austen times and eventually DOES get to meet Mr Darcy on a Jane Austen tour. If that's not the epitome of my dream then I don't know what is!!!!! ha!

Re-watched my recording of The Killers and Mr Flowers on my Sky+ today.  The Sexy Rhinestone Robot look plays havoc with my blood pressure.... I mean, just look-

My lord. Watching him wiggling his bum in those pants. SAWWWOOOONNNNN!
: )

I'm off to eat copious amounts of pasta and read loads more of my book- seriously you HAVE to read it.

23 Days till London BABY!!!!! : )

Lots of Love

Subject:Eventually, I have time on my hands....!
Time:9:07 am.
Oh my god, things have been crazy recently.  I feel like I'm being pulled between EVERY part of my life, never sititng still, always travelling, always doing things, helping out, studying, never just having time to be a normal teenager. Tis frustrating but I suppose that's life!
My Grandma and Grandad have improved thank god as if they'd been poorly then I think I would have been going insane by now. Bodie my doggie is poorly ... to cut a long story short we think he has a brain tumour and has been fitting and being sick ect.  Tablets have stopped all of this but he's still very drowsy because of his meds and is such an old man....I love him to pieces and were looking after him like a prince so he knows he's loved.  I suppose, we all get old at one point and Bodie is no exception. God Bless His little heart.

Revision has started too. Good Lord it's so scary how close exams are and ALSO, leaving college.  I haven't really prepapred myself for what happens AFTER college! It's petrifying to be honest.  One day at a time is what I keep saying.

I need to just declare my everlasting love for Starbucks as I feel like I've been a bit of a traitor!!! A while ago I was served by a pretty gorgeous boy at the Costa Coffee stand in Central and we chatted for ages and he gave me extra marshmallows ... then the other day I saw him unloading a delivery outside the Train Station and he smiled ... I was reminded about how lovely he is.  Now, I think I've initiated "Operation Costa Coffee Boy!". HA!
I got to college SO early this morning as am staying at my mam's and she needed to leave at 7am ... meaning I did too as I don't have a bottom lock key and ended up at Central at 7:50.  Baring in mind my lesson doesn't start till 9:30.  I was quite chilly as there's wind in Newcastle today eventhough it's reasonably sunny so had a look to see if Mr Costa Guy was there and he was! Went to queue for a hot chocolate (Mochas from Costa always taste a bit funny which is a travesty!) and was HOPING to be served by him ... the world must have hated me today.  Seriously. He moved to the back machine and didn't serve me, although he did smile. I must give thanks for small mercies! It's not every day I rather lovely boy looks in my direction but he's just very friendly ... : )

Well, am off to English now and to chat to scott and Rachel who have just turned up in 713. I love college at the moment for some reason- I think I'm making the most of spending time with everyone while I can. I will really miss people when I leave and I love how in 713 you can come in and there's ALWAYS a friendly face and the same people every day to talk to and spend time with.

Best wishes to everyone I haven't spoken to for a bit : )

Love, Megan

PS: My boss Chris put all of the 3rd season of LOST so far on disks for me and I've seen them all now as FreeView in good old England doesn't have Sky One. I have realised again why I adore this show ... I'm so confused but it's wonderful!!!!!!!!!! My and Yannie can now rekindle our LOST Buddy status!!!!!!!!!! I am so exciteable about it!

Subject:Updates ....
Time:11:43 am.
Mood: cold.
Well, I haven't written in here for a while ....
Been pretty busy to be honest.  Coursework handed in for college, birthdays, staying at Grans where technology is VERY limited and also being Teenage Gypsy again .... *sigh*.
Not touching down much over the next couple of weeks either as we're off for Easter ... will be pretty much living out of Sydney for most of the time.  Oh well, I'm sure it will be fun!

Well, just a heads up on things:

Jane Austen adaption on Sunday was "Northanger Abbey" and I need to post a picture of Mr Tilney.  I adore the novel and am half way through reading it (Unfortunately, Birdsong is taking precedent for English Literature at the moment....roll on the Summer!) but I immediately loved Mr Tilney and his cute, humourous ways ... plus he does know Muslin!!!! ; ) Was brilliant but it's the last one next week : ( I will miss them ... really I will. They'll be on DVD so hooorrrraaaahhhhh!

The texts I was getting from Laura, Debbie and Hattie were hilarious and fab : )
Laura texting "My Megan, what would Mr Tilney think of that?" in answer to my text "I'd get damp with Mr Tilney anyday" .... it was intended to be an innocent comment reagrding the factI'd like to be caught in the rain with him in a typically romantic Jane Austen scene but NO .... they took it out of context.....haaaaaa! ; ]

Laptop and Ipod are being bought tomorrow! Sky+ is going in today. LOST WILL BE BACK IN MY LIFE ONCE MORE! Me and Yannie can be LOST buddies once more!!!!

Thank you to Kaisa and Jiayi for my LOVELY packages. My god they didn't half make my day ... replies are in process and expect them next week I think...... : )

To Miss Abby- YEY...you Spring Parcel is on its way.  I'm praying for it every day hoping it gets here in one place.  I wonder where it is sitting now ..... Packages and Snail Mail is a magical world!!!!!

Went to see Rambert Dance company on Tuesday and they were VERY GOOD.  It's the second time I've seen them and my ticket was bought for me by Sezzie for Christmas so THANK YOU. Was a lovely show!

Will update tomorrow with news of my two new babies..... I'm very excited about this as Megan is moving swiftly into the age of technology!!!!!

I've decided, I want to learn how to knit.

My mam can, Giesela sits and knits/crochets all the time and two of my friends at college can knit....I've always wanted to and REALLY want to learn so I'm going to sweet talk Giesela one day in the Easter Holidays.

Then I can be a REALLY embarrassing Grandma and make those oversized hideous primary colour jumpers for my grand children that I will force upon them and makes them wear ... !

Plus, I want to make my own hats! ALSO, I can save money at Christmas and knit scarves, mittens, hats, jumpers etc. YEY!

This idea gets better by the second. I need to go and do some more Psychology Coursework redrafting as I feel my work piling up and I hate that feeling.

Toodleoo

PS: Anyone who knows how to knit... PLEASE PLEASE give me some tips about how to start!

Subject:High Society....O' Darling!
Time:1:03 pm.
Mood: cold.

I woke up this morning and it was SNOWING!
Now just snow though I hastened to ass, but proper blizzardy white-out kind of snow!
I was a shivvering wreck as I was walking on my laminated wood floor and it was SO cold. Brrrrrrrrr.

Am wearing my sneakers this morning so I could wear my  bed socks and keep myself warm- I have my Tigger ones on ; )
I've also got my orange summer pinafore on over my black skinny jeans so I can add a bit of brightness and colour to my day!
I love snow though and it was a lovely surpirse to wake up to!!

Me and Cahrlla got rather excited today about Fame coming back up here as we can go and see it together (I saw it in the West End) and sing along to "Lets Play a Love Scene". Aww!
Cahrlla treated me to a version this mornin! : )

High Society was great last night- my god the dresses. Me and Kev shoulder dancing to "Who wants to be a Millionaire?" was hilarious.
Also we sat in Starbucks from 4:15 till 6:30 and people watched.  We went through a Latte (Kev's), Mocha (mine and the guy gave me extra whipped cream) and a slice of Blueberry Cheesecake. YUMYUMYUM. Honestly, it is heaven.

I taught Kevin how to play "People Watching" that me and my mum play when you watch people and give them names, lives and stories.  We had transexuals, gay couples, affairs, professors of history, people who subscribe to Reader's Digest, mistresses, hitmen, secret agents, pimps......sounds morbid and horrifying but was HILARIOUS! I was laughing so much that I couldn't breathe! I definitely recommend it as it passed the time REALLY well : )

Got home at about 11pm and had a cup of tea. There's nothing like watching ice fill your window frame up and show fall while you're having a cup of tea. Yey : )

Ooo Yannie's with Fontaine in Sheffield today for a Uni trip and they drove down in the snow, so jealous, but they text me when they passed Wetherby! The famous home of Mr Yik's, the cafe who wanted us out as they were closing, the 84p forks and the Dr Who Phonebox!! We Love Wetherby!

It's one of these places you drive into and realise that it's the poshest place ever.  We drove around it for about half an hour looking for a Chinese Restaurant but found an Equestrain store instead. Enough said. But Yan DID find the wonders of Mr Yiks down a backstreet by accident .... !

Off to Psychology. Dad and Sandra off to see Lionel Richie at the Arena tonight.  I hope they do the mirror trick thing (like they did on his TV show) where the dancers look like theyre dancing upside down. So magic!

Well, So Long!

Time:9:44 am.

 YEY!

Today I decided to go early to the Theatre Royal and see if they had any Student Tickets for High Society tonight......

I love Cole Porter and am a MASSIVE Kiss Me Kate fan so I guessed I'd love this show. Can't wait!
We got the tickets for £10 each and Me and Kev are going ... should be fun.  I can see us singing along to "What a Swell Party!".

St Patrick's Weekend was fun but MY GOD. Seriously. The Restaurant was SOOOOO busy.  I have flashbacks of many things ... Annie (a girl from work) leaning on the glass wash at 12:30am not doing anything while were all working hard, Chris nearly loosing it in the kitchen and turnging bright red, Kevin standing swinging the plug of the hoover around at 1:45am, The hideous table of complainers, ETCETCETC.

I didn't get home on Saturday Night (Well, Sunday Morning) till 2:30am .... THAT'S HOW BUSY IT WAS. Grrr.
then I was in on Sunday Lunch for Mother's Day ... yes, another crazy busy day.  It was all pretty hilarious though on Saturday and I spent the whole night laughing.  Me and Kevin had a serious gigglefit during our break and I honestly thought I was going to choke on my stolen Carvery tea. HAAAAAA!

Also, Last Night the Jane Austen Season started on ITV ... wow. Miss austen certainly nows how to write a romantic male lead. I got messages from Debbie and Hattie during it .... one of Hattie's was "Phwoar!" and Debbie said she was all smiley after the end.  It was SO cute. When Edmund says "I've always loved ..... this room" you want to give him a huge hug. That's not in the novel though....! This is the actor who played Edmund and during the Breakfast scene you seriously turned to mush ...

Well, I hope everyone has recovered from St Paddy's/Mother's Day weekend. I'm sure there wudda been some seriously sore heads yesterday morning.

Love

PS: To the girl who wore a teeny tiny little frilly skirt and low cut top on Sunday to come out for a civilised meal with her family in a civilised restaurant .... and who stood at the Carvery baring all to the entire room .... (believe me there was nothing left to imagination ... to put it as nicely as possible, you could see the shape of what was underneath. ) GET A GOD DAMNED LIFE YOU INAPPROPRIATE STUPID HORRIBLE VILE MORON.

Subject:St. Patrick's Day
Time:3:35 pm.
Mood: cold.
Music:Jack Penate- Torn on the Platform.

HAHA, us British are weird.

We celebrate an Irish Holiday better and with more excitement than the English equivalent. Madness.

Last night I went out with my family to a St. Patrick's day party where they had Irish music, decorations and things. Was fun.  Giesela spent the whole night wearing one of these...... (no idea who these people are by the way!)

Was hilarious coming back in the taxi as my dad, nana, sandra and giesela were all being hilarious and giggling and I literally couldn't breathe with laughing. It's more entertaining having a weird family, i think.

I also managed to get my hands on a blowy up Guiness glass and flags plus a zillion badges saying things like "full of Irish charm" alongside 3 more hats. I have my Guiness glass dangling from my ceiling.....!!! Yet more stuff to bang my head on ... I already have a plastic flower curtain at my door which my hair gets caught in, a massive wind chime that nearly touches the floor.....!

Well, today I got my hair cut and I've had quite a bit chopped off.  It's probably the shortest I've had it for 5 years and before it was cut it wa sprobably the longest its been for those 5 years too.  NEEDED a chgne.  Long hair's NOT for me. I get too bored.
Nearly fell asleep in the chair when she was washing my hair ... she gave me a head massage and I can't stay awake for toffee during massages. A year ago I had a facial and massage and fell asleep listening to water music ... I just drift off.

Well, HAPPY ST PATRICKS DAY everyone.
I'm working tongiht so it should be fun ... Fiona (Take That woman) is coming in with her family for a meal so that should be fun. I will be thanking her forever and ever for getting me those Take That tickets. I LOVE her!

Have a lovely day

CELEBRATION!!!!!!

I feel like this entry needs a happy sounding song
(I tried to find Skies so Blue by The Rocket Summer but could only find this ... just as feel good I think!)

THE BUNGALOW IS SOLD!!!!

Our hovel of an old home (Don't worry- it was, my friends agree and so does my dad ... we called the DIVORCE HOME!) is gone!

HURAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
the money clears on Monday so my laptop.....and WAIT FOR IT (The amount of capitals shows my excitement and mood!) ... my dad said he will buy my Ipod for me!!!!!!

Unbelievable.

Well, I'm going with my Daddy, Sandra, Nana and Giesela tongiht to some Irish thing for St Paddy's Day....not really too keen on going as I'll miss Ugly Betty (*tear*) and a night in on my own but oh well ... I'll see what it's like.

Had a pretty great day today.
Hope everyone else did too.
The curly haired busker sang "The girl with the wicked suitcase passes by, with a beautiful smile" ...to me this afternoon. How lovely?
Hattie said to me - "He is every student's best friend" ... how very true!

I had my suitcase with me going home ... the Teenage Gypsy is grounded for about 4 days and then I'm back to grans.
My case is this :

Mine is the bigger one and it tends to get a LOT of attention.  It was another one of my mum's buys abroad.  There are DEFINITE plus points to having a kina "new age travelling gypsyfied unusual" mum!  Well .... a Teenage Gypsy needs decent travel companions and mine comes in the form of Sydney. (that's her name by the way)

So long.........!

Subject:Boo!
Time:12:41 pm.
Mood: restless.

DUN DUN DUN!!!!

I got my laptop in only 2-3 weeks!
that means a LOt of things.

An Ipod, copy CDs for my penpals, I can do my work in my own room instead of my dad/step mum's, I can have my own personal Internet Connection and can listen to music easily too.....Just lots of things. Plus I can get my photos all on one computer and it will be a hell of a lot easier to sort my penpal letters out and Coursework as I can use my OWN printer. Grrrr @ having to make do for the past 4 years.

But ... HOORAH at Megan moving into the Technalogical age!!! Honestly, I only realised that you can easily get your photos from your DidiCam by clicking "Removable Disc" or whatever in "My Computer". How sad is that? I thought each camera needed a program. O dear!

Well, am at Grans and Grandad's still. Mam shouted up the stairs to me this morning "You are such a bloody student" and laughed.  Apparently I'd left my stuff all over the sitting room ... I may be a Teenage Gypsy but I never professed at being a TIDY one!! My room is spotless...I just let things go when I go elsewhere!!!!!

Cahrlla had made Hattie a mix Musical CD full of everything from Rent, Wicked, The Wedding Singer, Children of Eden, Godspell (Hattie is very passionate about her religion :D), Jerry Springer the Opera and Les Miserables (Cahrlla's love!) PLUS Avenue Q which Cahrlla says reminds her of me....apparently I'm the voice of the one who sings "Internet is porn" or something......Cahrlla does a VERY accurate Megan impression!!!!!
I have VERY unusual and quirky friends- I LOVE IT!

Just found out today that this will be hitting theatres soon:

Take That = my childhood. I CANNOT wait.
I MUST see it but I have to say that NO man on this planet could match the wonders of Mark Owen- young or old!!!!!
He's second in from the left. OH YES, you know that you would marry him too!!!!!!

I'm off for an hour of LAW! WooWoo!
Tonight I'm going to finish my letter to Justyna......goodness me it needs to be finished tonight as I NEED to post it tomorrow.

Have a lovely night

Subject:Weird Day
Time:2:45 pm.
Mood: weird.
Today has been pretty odd.
* Got up late as law was cancelled.
* Came into college to be faced with Kevin drooling over Firemen- there was a fire alarm!! He was singing the Full Monty song and shaking his bum. Oh dear!
* Spent the entire English Literature Lesson talking about sex, rape and destruction of innocence (William Blake- The Sick Rose)
* Now sitting in 713 which is all cordened off ... very odd as I can't see everyone the way I usually can.

Things seem pretty odd today and not normal. Strange!!!!!!

Well, only 2 hours of law and then I'm off home to mam's again.  The Teenage Gypsy strikes again!
Taking my Grandad for a wheel around the corridoors for a change of scenery tonight and am going to watch Emmerdale with him, which should be nice as mam is looking after Gran.  When we went in yesterday he was wearing sunglasses and lying on her bed...the lights hurt his eyes! Was so funny. Also put the head phones on the Patientline TV and while watching Emmerdale, he didn't relaise how loud he was taling and was shouting "eeee that Marlon ..." HA!

Gran managed to use the phone too and phoned while we were there.....mam answered her mobile and the first thing Gran said was "It's me, aren't i bloody clever". This is my gran using a mobile phone when she only mastered CD players last year!!!!!!

Aren't Granparents fab!?

Well, have a lovely night.  I'm finishing my penpal letter to Justyna tonight and getting it in the post very soon! Don't worry it is on its way! I've loved writing it!

Lots of Love

Subject:Jane austen is my heroine...
Time:1:31 pm.
Mood: thoughtful.

Well, the film last night was unbelievable.  Jane Austen sure did have a life although I believe that a lot of the film has been fabricated and changed for the impact of it... I've ordered Jane austen's true life story from Amazon so I shall see for myself!

Me, Hattie and Kevin ended up going and I have to say ... we've never made as many unusual noises in our lives!

James McAvoy was just mindblowing.  I mean, we all know he's an amazing actor from Inside I'm Dancing, Starter for Ten, Shameless etc but in that film he me and Hattie melting, sighing, swooning and drooling.

Anne Hathaway (who I adore from The Princess Diaries) could have been better cast as the sharp and ironic witty lines needed more conviction....BUT I still loved her as Jane.  Her English accent could have done with a bit of work but she still shone!

The scene when Tom Lefroy (James) recites this risque poem to Jane (Anne) was hilarious...you just should have been in the cinemas to see us.  We were all going "omg omg omg" as James' eyes. Wow. Swoonable.

Him in his green velvet coat and his curly hair....oh my goodness. James in Starter for Ten was brilliant and I've realised he has an exceptional talent for crying.  You can really feel his pain...! You feel like attempting to dive through the screen to hug him .... seriously, he's THAT good.
This is the scene where he CAN'T say goodnight ... aww!

The scene where Tom tells Jane he loves her...makes your heart ache. Honestly, when he's going "I'm Yours. I'm Yours." I was nearly crying!

BUT, nothing can prepare you for the ending. I knew jane didn't marry but MY GOD the end scene had me sobbing my heart out- Hattie and Kevin too.
Then Tom (I'll not spoil it too much) goes "Jane!" to his daughter...that was it. Full scale tears. They weren't just little sobs either ... I think it really got us and I couldn't breathe for crying. So, there was me and Hattie ... eyeliner round our eyes and grabbing tissues from the toilets. What are we like?

Plus when you see Jane writing "Mr Darcy" ... you can see how she was inspired to write Pride and Prejudice from her life. Mr Lefroy/Mr Darcy ... It's those iconic 19th Century men. Sawwwwwwwwwooooooooooon.

All in all I think it is safe to say that it was a SERIOUS Megan film, VERY well shot, with a bloody gorgeous male lead and depicted the life of one of the BEST women that ever lived. She was truly unique and for her to break the mould of scoiety when society was so demanding ... she was so head strong and independent. I love her. So this morning there was no shock that I felt desperate to read my next Jane austen novel. I've read Sense and Sensibility and Pride and Prejudice but have now started Northanger Abbey...people were giving me funny looks on the metro as the book is enormous as it's all 6 of her novels and is all old...the way Jane Austen books should be. I'm still trying to squish English Literature books in too but World War One is just SO depressing.

I'm just on the 7th floor in college and have just got back from dinner. Me, Cleo and Kevin walked through central and the cool curly haired busker guy was there singing.  I gave him some money and told him "We love you!" as he brightens up our day and you never guess what ... he sang about me.  He said "thank you so much" and sang "thank you to the girl with the .... bag" (we didn't hear what he said properly!). Hes SO quirky and really does make your day when he sings all of his random things. : )

I think I've decided I'm officially a Tennage Gypsy. Yes, for the past 2-3 weeks I've lived form a suitcase... I haven't been in the same place for 3 weeks and am getting oddly used to it too. Ha! I'm always moving from one place to another....home, grans, mam's, college, trips to places etc. O dear!

My last thing to say is DAMN Imdb website.  Look .... http://imdb.com/title/tt0457939/dvd

That website (which is always really good for all things film related) said that it was released on the 13th March 07 in the UK.
I trusted it and brought my portable DVD player to mam's in my case...brought money to buy it and also text people saying ti was released. Went to HMV ... it's not out till 26th March. WHY WOULD THAT WEBSITE LIE??? Grrr.

Well, I hope you are all well.
Am off for an hour of Psychology. *sigh* where we'll be learning about things utterly depressing e.g. Depression (literally!)
Lots of Love
Meg

PS: After long last I've saved money and instead of listening to my old recording of Nightmare of You ... I now have their proper album. I recommend to anyone who hasn't heard of them.

Subject:Hoorah! Exam Results are in!!
Time:3:26 pm.
Mood: pleased.

Yes, it is official.  Exam Results turned up today!

Here's the lowdown on mine:
Law: A
Psychology1: B
Psychology2: B

Am SOOOO pleased. Yes, I was hoping and praying for at least one A in Psychology but it just isn't meant to be.  I got VERY high Bs though meaning I only need to re-sit one of the exams to up my grade!!! WooHoo!
Law was VERY unexpected as I didn't feel confident about the exam...it felt painful as the question was on Participation. Something I really hated learning.

VERY proud of everyone else too.
Kevin got his grade higher in History!
Yannie got an outstanding B in her first A2 Psychology which was SO hard
Debbie got an A in law!!!
Holly got FULL MARKS in her law exam...nic eof Sonja to say "Well Holly, how did that happen!" ... cruel!
Duncan got a B in law, bless him he was shaking!
Paul got an A in law...me, him and Holly were quite giggly today!!!

I hope everyone had a great day...Yannie, Fontaine etc went to Nandos to celebrate and Me, Kevin and Hattie are going to see "Becoming Jane" tonight. OH YES!!
I will be drooling over him......

Men in the 19th Century were just wonderful. Mr Darcy-esque characters - SAWOON. Jane Austen really did just understand the world in a fabulous way.  she saw women as being more than what they were at the time, she saw the magic in complicated situations, she was a true romantic and she also created possibly some of THE best characters.  Miss Elizabeth Bennett....my heroine!

Mr Darcy was in the Restaurant yesterday again, yes he's married, has 2 perfectly wonderful children and is a lot older than me but it's the name.  My legs went wobbly and I just looked silly...going "Oooo hellooo Mr Darcy". God, I worry myself sometimes. My middle name is Elizabeth...and I peronally think Mrs Megan Darcy sounds great....all I need to do is track him down. :D

I will love you and leave you now.
Congratulations to everyone for their results and hard work.
Lots of Love

Subject:The Story of the Plait
Time:3:17 pm.
Mood: silly.
Music:Little Man Tate- Who Invented These Lists?.

Well......that was the 3rd time we've seen Little Man Tate and I'm telling you...they're something special.  Me, Al, Sezzie, Sis (and his friend), Hattie and Cleo went and had SO much fun....

The Support band- Underground Heroes were quite good actually and Hattie was slightly overcome by the Drummer's bare chest as he stripped off half way thru.  Me and Cleo were too preoccupied giggling at the guitarist as he looked about 4 and was something out of a Beatles Tribute Band...was so funny :D Hattie said they were like McFly but more passionate. Hmmmm!!!

Waiting for LMT was torture...they came on to a different song this time...but everyone went completely WILD.  BUT....WE SAW THE PLAIT!!!! The man off last time that got a little bit annoyed with us because we asked for ANYTHING from the stage and Al said "well can we not just have your plait then". He didn't take that very well. HA!

As per usual they sang "Man I hate your band" first as it gets the crowd going wild!!!! It literally went MENTAL. Poor Cleo was getting squished and Al completely fell backwards and I had to grab her and stop her from falling completely-oh dear! Was hilarious.  I'm so pleased I wore sneakers with my dress than little shoes as I'd seriously had lost them.  Laura's brother (we didn't know it was him to begin with) lost his shoe and I was standing on it for most of the gig. HAAAA! Bless.

They sang the usual except didn't do Court Report...grrr. They played a new song "Boy in the Anorak" which was fabulous and calmed the crowd down a bit.  thank the lord...was BOILING!!

You can always tell they love playing Newcastle as they always pull faces as if to say "Jesus this is mad" and I remember last time Jon (lead singer) went "When we come up here, everything just seems to get a little bit mental". TOO RIGHT, us Geordies know how to have a good time.

I was singing "Must be love" with all full blast, Dancing cheesy with Hattie and belting out "Who Invented these lists" (leests!) as it's our trademark song ;)

Hattie was dancing all weirdly and making me giggle during it...I have no idea how she cleared so much space!!! Hilarious. I love that girl. xx

This guy also was singing with his head on my shoulder during Sexy in Latin and was screaming in my face- random.  I just laughed my head off at him.

Jon (lead singer) came in the crowd quite a few times but ALWAYS does it during Down on Marie at the end...yes I touched him again.  just the arm this time...didn't have him on my head like last time but got carried forward with Sis and we ended up touching him again. I've touched that man far too many time than it is normal.....! The other guitarist (blonde on from the photo) kept laughing at us during House Party at Boothy's as everyone was going WILD. Him and Jon kept looking at eachother and going "F*ckin' mental"...

Jon's camp hand gestures NEVER fail to make you smile either.  I got photos of him doing them which I'll put on here in a couple of days! They're just SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO fun.

Honestly, they put on an amazing show and it's just SO much fun.  You're guaranteed a crazy night but a GREAT time.

During one of the songs, the cult member we always see threw his hat on stage and Jon ended up wearing it...plus someone threw a sparkly bra on stage and Jon said he wanted the knickers too. Typical ;)

Somehow we ended up being given a cup of iced water by Cleo...which we drank but got more on ourselves than in our mouths! When we were all done and half of the cup was left I screamed to al "should i just throw it" so I screamed, jumped in the air and threw it as high as possible. Always wanted to do it but never had the chance...!!!

After everyone started to leave after it was over...people were getting things from the stage and me and al stood asking for the set-list from the stage.  This stupid woman with a Bob kept saying "In two minutes" and clearly had NO intention to give us it. Grrrrrrr! So we asked loadsa the crowd security but nobody was listening.  THEN the plait appeared! We spoke to him again and we asked him if we could have it.  I said "Hey, you were here last time and you didn't give us anything then, please can we have something now!" to which he said "Oh, how could I forget you two...." (he remembered us!!!!!!) and then gave in and went and got the set-list for us.  YEYYYYYY! We were cheering and he was being dead funny pretending to give it to some other guys but then gave it to me n al.  Happy girls :D We split it and I'm now the proud owner of an LMT set-list covered in Jon's footprints. Woooooo!

Saw Laura's brother on the way out (the one who lost his shoe and he was slightly worse for wear but was hilarious) and was going "oh it's you...!" as Laura had said to look out for me. He's crowd surfed over my head in the past and I thought it was about time I said hi! Was shouting "oh ya mint you like" and cheering and shouting bye as I'd told him I wouldn't tell Laura he was drunk...he was quite determined for me NOt to tell her...! She knew anyway!!!!!

It was one fun night and I came out looking like an absolute state but it was DEFINITELy well worth it- we were all alittle bruised, red faced, . After seeing them THREE times now.....Im telling you what...it WON'T be the last. LMT rock the world.

PS: will post photos on here on Sunday :D

Time:1:37 pm.
Hello there : )

I haven't written on here for ages and decided to start my LiveJournal once and for all as I've always wanted to and now seemed like as good a time as any!

Anyway, I am going to write a full entry later on but as of now I've left myself minutes to type this as I have my Psychology lesson...Yawn.

I watched "Little Miss Sunshine" last night...anyone seen it?
I fell in love with it!
For some reason I found myself laughing at the part where they're trying to get the body out of the window (sorry for those who haven't seen it!?!) ... quite worrying.

I thought it really deserved the awards its been winning.  Aww. It's one of those movies with so many morals that you get confused trying to work them out but I loved the messages it sent accross. That scene was so lovely too.
Well, I will write tonight but I'm now going to trek up to the top floor and endure an hour of pure hell.
Hoorah!

Lots and Lots of Love
